Hello!

So after two busy weeks of scurrying around behind the scenes, we thought it only polite if we introduce ourselves. We’re the busy little bloggers keeping you all up to date with the latest behind the scenes at Box of Tricks in the lead up to the first national tour of In Doggerland.

We are three individual freelance artists: John, Claire and Morgan – a diverse team with a shared passion for drama, film and the creative arts. We teamed up with Box of Tricks via PANDA’s Young Media opportunity and are honoured to be working with such an innovative team and quite frankly delightful pair: Hannah and Adam at Box of Tricks.

If you’re not already familiar with In Doggerland – Box of Tricks developed the script with Tom back in 2011 – it is play that delicately deals with identity, family and the importance of home. Set in an uncertain landscape, Tom’s beautiful script gets right to the heart of what it means to be human.
